Deliveries and Returns





Our shipping costs detailed below refer only to the mainland United Kingdom at present. We will advise when we start to deliver internationally.

We aim to deliver all orders to UK mainland addresses between 3-5 working days,  but please allow slightly longer at very busy times. For any alcohol please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Please note for Christmas, our last day for posting will be 18th December 2018. 

Delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands may take up to 7 working days, and an additional charge of £2.00, to the flat rates quoted below.

Standard gift boxes, will be charged at a flat rate of £4.15

Deluxe gift boxes, Create Your Own Standard, and Create Your Own Deluxe will be charged at a flat rate of £6.49. This excludes alcohol.

For any boxes containing alcohol, a flat rate of £7.15 will be charged.




You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full product refund, excluding postage. Norfolk Gift Box reserves the right to decline refunds in relation to any item which does not meet this standard. Any item which shows any sign of use whatsoever will not be refunded.

Please ensure you return the goods to us in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging). Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please advise us within 3 days of receipt, either by phone or email, and we will arrange for a full refund, and also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
